We offer a 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, including:

• Faulty clasps or closures
• Broken or defective chains due to manufacturing issues
• Structural defects present at the time of purchase
• Faults in materials or workmanship

If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear from regular use
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear over time
• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by accidents or misuse

As with all plated jewellery, natural wear may occur over time depending on lifestyle and care.
